Can I include a card if I am ordering online?

Yes.  Once you have added you care package to your shopping cart you will be given a opportunity to include an encouragement message that will be placed inside your care package.  

How can I verify you received my order?

Regardless of how you place your order (online or phone) you will be sent an order confirmation email. If you have not received an order confirmation email, first check you spam folder. Look for an email from service@swaku.com.  If it is not there, you can can use the Contact Us form to request a copy of order confirmation or you can call Customer Service @ 800-929-8184 anytime between 9 am & 5 pm CST, Monday-Friday.

When will my camper receive their package?

Care packages are handed out at the beginning of camp depending on the length of the session (and when you ordered). Please refer to the Session Schedule for order deadlines and expected delivery dates.
